Fee Structure: Our
management fees are based on the actual time required to facilitate your
relocation in an organized and efficient manner. We customize our services to fit your needs:
A minimum of four hours is requested.
Our fees vary based on the types of service you require. Quotes may be on a fixed fee or hourly basis.
Supplies are charged to you at the cost we incur.
Additional Costs: Outside expenses such as trades-people and
movers will be quoted and approved by you.
These costs will be billed to you over and above our management fees.
Payment: Invoices
will be presented once a week for actual hours worked. If we complete a job with you in one day, an
invoice will be given to you within a week.
